Meet Dr. Virdee
Dentist Peoria, AZ
 Dr. Gitika Virdee was born in Seattle, Washington and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. She attended Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University where she attained a degree in Global Health and Business. During her time as a Sun Devil, she discovered her passion for serving and co-founded Operation Toothbrush—a non-profit designed to increase access to dental care for lower income children in Arizona. She also served on the executive board for the Pre-Dental Society as President.
She continued to the University of Colorado to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree where she learned about the importance of practicing evidence-based dentistry and strives to make dental appointments as comfortable as possible for her patients. She is passionate about using her skills to improve the lives and smiles of her patients. Her personal interests in dentistry include orthodontics, esthetics, and restorative dentistry.
In her free time, Dr. Virdee likes to spend time with her family, friends, and dog. You can expect to find her cooking up something new in the kitchen, humming along to a random tune and traveling somewhere new on the weekend. |
